The day after the bonfire party, a dozen or so volunteers combed the village road-verges for litter, collecting computer and TV screens as well as a full range of empty crisp packets.
They enjoyed the conversation and the surprising sunshine, which made it all the more pleasurable. The Parish Council would very much like to thank all who took part
