There was an opportunity for villagers to express their views on improving Cuddesdon Green at a consultation in the Village Hall on Saturday 12th June.

23 people submitted responses with their thoughts about how best to improve The Green and a summary of their suggestions is:
 
15  Remove all the conifers
2  Remove some conifers
1  Keep the conifers
5  Keep the Horse Chestnut
5  Improve the visibility of the Horse Chestnut
5  Improve the view to and from the church
5  Include one or more benches
4  Face or replace the wall (Cotswold stone?)
3  Remove the wall
4  Replanting to be of a rural character
3  Keep the ivy
2  Remove the ivy
2  Tidy up the ivy
3  Plant (small) shrubs
3  Include a (war) memorial
2  Build a shop
1  Keep any replanting simple
1  No posts or chains round the Green
1  Leave the shrubs backing on to the cottages
1  Plant a permanent Christmas tree at the front
1  Retain the present arrangement of a temporary Christmas tree at the front
1  Include steps onto the Green between the conifers
1  Plant a low box hedge
1  Build two affordable homes
1  Prevent car parking
1  Remove the Spruce at the back
1  Remove the Elder
