Cuddesdon and Denton have decided to develop a Parish Plan. We want to enable everyone in the village to have a say on what actions they wish to see taken locally to maintain and improve village life. Thus the process of developing the plan is as important as the final document. Read other articles on this page to find out what’s happened so far and what is still to happen.
When the plan itself is completed, it will be used to:
- highlight actions that can be taken by the village as individuals and as village organisations;
- to influence councils and service providers;
- provide justification of need when applying for funding.
In fact findings from the work that we have done so far have already been used, successfully, to justify funding applications for the village hall and recreation ground.
